Two Papers Accepted at the International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC 2025)
2025.08.30
We are pleased to announce that two papers co-authored by Associate Professor Teeradaj Racharak and Assistant Professor Watanee Jearanaiwongkul have been accepted as poster papers for presentation at the 24th International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC 2025), to be held in Nara, Japan, November 2–6, 2025. ISWC is one of the premier international venues in the field of semantic technologies and knowledge representation.
Accepted Papers
1. Teeradaj Racharak, Watanee Jearanaiwongkul, JSimELHExplainer: A Robust JAVA Library for Explainable Semantic Similarity for ELH Description Logic Ontology, In Poster Proceedings of ISWC 2025, November 2–6, 2025
This work presents JSimELHExplainer, a robust Java library designed to provide explainable semantic similarity for ELH description logic ontologies. The library offers interpretable outputs for ontology-based similarity measures, helping users understand and trust the semantic comparisons produced by automated tools.
2. Watanee Jearanaiwongkul, Teeradaj Racharak, Human-Friendly Explanation for Ontology-based Concept Similarity: Design and Development, In Poster Proceedings of ISWC 2025, November 2–6, 2025
This paper focuses on human-friendly explanations for ontology-based concept similarity. By designing and developing methods that communicate semantic similarity results in an accessible and intuitive manner, the work aims to bridge the gap between computational reasoning and human understanding in semantic web applications.
Congratulations to the authors on these achievements!
